CTET February 2016 Result to be declared by CBSE anytime : Previous Date 6 April

Update :

CTET February 2016 Result to be declared by CBSE anytime soon

As per the original notification issued by the CBSE, the results for the CBSE Feb 2016 were to be announced on or before April 06, 2016.

The results for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on February 21 this year, have been delayed.

Exams for CTET Feb 2016 Paper-I and II were both conducted on the same day in different shifts. The Board has so far not released the answer keys as well as candidates’ OMR sheets. Earlier, the Board used to publish answer keys within a few days of the exam. It may be noted that the CTET to be conducted at exam centres in Haryana had been postponed due to the Jat reservation agitation going on at that time. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official CTET website – ctet.nic.in – to find out when the results will be declared.

It is really surprising to see that the board has not released answer keys either for the exam and it’s been more than six weeks since CTET 2016 was held. Normally, board avails answer keys within 1 week and results are announced within around 1 month followed by an early notice to candidates.

And since CBSE officials itself have not said anything about the matter, it can’t be confirmed when will the results will be declared.
Qualifying Marks: A person who scores 60% or more in CTET is declared as qualified and hence can participate in various recruitment drives by government for teaching jobs.
